East-of-England House Prices Ahead of the Rest of the UK

Recently released Land Registry data showed that as of June 2017 the average house price in the UK is £223,257 after UK property prices rose by 4.9% compared to the previous year.

Perhaps more interesting to clients of Bloomfield Grey is that the East-of-England experienced the greatest increase in average property prices at 7.2%.

London performed at a 2.9% increase for the year.
