With respect to any estate agent in the early years of their career, the production of a property’s online advert is too important be to left to a novice.

Virtually every house buyer searches online and most will choose whether to enquire about a property or not based entirely on how it appears on their PC or smartphone - estate agents cannot sell to a buyer they have not met.

As such, even a small mistake or opportunity missed on a property’s digital advert will have an adverse effect on its chances of selling, which is why the production of a property’s digital advert needs to be managed from start to finish by the most experienced agent available, who ideally will also be the person who carried out the initial valuation.
